Vegan Pancakes for supper <3

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons real maple syrup
2 tablespoons Earth Balance

Mix all dry ingredients together. Microwave Earth Balance until melted and stir in almond milk and syrup. Add to dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Cook on pancake griddle or waffle iron until lightly colored. 
 

Breakfast. Nature’s Path flax cereal, muesli by Bob’s Red Mill, and almond milk. Mornings are my time of day.
