The accident, which appeared to be caused by driver error, as the driver not only did not have the proper license, but was also under the influence, resulted in firefighters and sheriff’s deputies “wading through dead cows to get to the survivors.”
Sadly, the main focus in the media attention generated by the accident was that a major highway had to be closed and caused delays for drivers. Reporters called it a “Traffic Nightmare,” ignoring the very real nightmare endured by the cows.

I want to point out as well that it is interesting how sometimes (clearly not in this case) individuals will express discontent over the crash of a transport truck which is carrying nonhumans, when these creatures were probably on their way to be slaughtered for human appetites in the first place.

Oh. True. I’ll make sure to do everything I can to make their suffering as visible, and you as uncomfortable, as possible, from now on.
